MORNING TIME CLASSES: Mon.-Fri. 9:30-10:30-AM & Sat. 8:30-9:30AM
EVENING TIME CLASSES: Monday-Friday 5-6PM

FIREFITNESS was created by Head Bootcamp Instructor and Personal Trainer, SHAWN BROOKS, and is a One Hour Circuit Training Class. Firefitness incorporates firefighting maneuvers, Calisthenics, Boxing, Yoga, Plyometrics and Isometrics. FIREFITNESS is available to all fitness levels. No special skills are needed and proper form and technique will be emphasized.

NEXT LEVEL BOOTCAMP is taught by NLS Head Trainer, Brian Wood (NSCA-CPT / CSCS) and combines elements of Bootcamp Circuit Training and Fat Burning Kickboxing Techniques and Combination. The Classes are for all levels of fitness and experience and can be modified to fit your body type. Results Start When You Do So Start Today!!
