Most sports and athletic competitions teach an individual a lot about oneself but life and it’s adversities challenges one to look within and face their fears head on. The Body is the vehicle for performance, the Mind the master control but it’s the Soul deep inside that drives the person to Succeed, overcome and persevere through trials. When one truly realizes that it‘s not the outcome but the journey that creates champions, then the search for self is almost complete. Here at Next Level Sports we are dedicated to helping young athletes, weekend warriors and health conscious individuals face that challenge being both prepared and confident. It begins when one Dreams and the Mind manifests destiny through visualization and then the Body Believes in the Dream and accepts the mission for intense Training. But it’s the Soul that constantly has to strengthen and reinforce the mission by pushing the Mind and Body to the Next Level. The program design will teach much more than how to be a great athlete, it will teach morals, ethics, values, mental focus, good grades and goal-setting scenarios. Athletes and individuals who participate in this highly productive instructional style Succeed and while learning to respect people and life, they in turn learn to respect themselves and others unlike them. True consciousness can be conceived by any open Mind, Body or Soul and it’s at these points when we have to look within ourselves for guidance and by truly living in the moment we are truly alive.

“I worked with Brian Wood as my personal trainer and during the 10 sessions with him I learned a lot about the importance of connecting diet with exercise. He taught me how to develop muscle memory and how to identify how my body should feel when I’m working certain muscles. During the time with Brian I lost five pounds and 2% body fat. I have developed a pattern of consistent exercise and have a variety of choices that will keep me exercising and not feeling bored. I appreciate all the help Brian gave me.”
